Jeff Lampl

Starts Tomorrow!
9:00 and 10:30

Read
“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.”                   Romans 12:2 (NIV)

“Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.”     Romans 12:2 (MSG)

Reflect
The speed at which work, home and life operate is overwhelming for many of us. We rush out of bed, rush to get ready, rush to work, and then rush all day to get projects done and meet deadlines. Many times though it seems like the faster we work, the more work that piles up, and the harder we try to get caught up the more it sometimes feels like we fall behind. We are stressed. We are anxious. We are tired.
You need more space.
You need more margin.
You need more peace.

If this is you, take charge of your time and create the space to be in worship tomorrow morning.  Pastor Josh will put you on God’s path to “God’s bringing the best out of you”, “his good, pleasing and perfect will”

Pray
(read Romans 12:2 above slowly in both translations.  Think about what God might be saying to you.  Use your reflection as a time of “listening prayer”, letting God get a word in edgewise)
